Walking has many health benefits and it does not cost a thing to do it. For your health and motivation, be determined to fit walking into your schedule even if you can't find the time to do anything else. However, first make sure you have a full physical and get permission from your doctor to engage in this activity. Also, for safety reasons, especially if you are a female, find a safe neighborhood, or a populated park to walk in where there are plenty of other people around. You can also form a walking club with your neighbors, or friends to make it fun. Make it a goal to be accountable to each other to walk at least three times a week. It's great exercise for your heart, can reduce stress, as well as lower your blood pressure, and help you lose weight if you walk consistently. We have included some of our favorite health gadgets on our website which you may find useful in your fitness endeavors. Most of all, just get out and walk. It's fun and it's free!
Next week, I'll share with you specifically why I started walking!

Very good product!,
I originally purchased a Nike Heart Monitor with the chest strap. I ended up returning that product. I found it to work well, but I was growing tired of always wearing the strap. Additionally, I have come to the conclusion that I do not need to know my heart rate every dying second of a workout. I call that “overkill” If that is what you want then a chest strap model is your only option. This product is a great alternative to that kind of set up and it works very good. Not perfect, as I find that sometimes its does not get a read immediately. I find it to be be fairly accurate as I compare it to a 10 second manual pulse count. It more than does its job in setting my direction and pace during my workouts.
It also makes a great casual watch with a fully functional stop watch and alarm. Overall, I give the product 4 stars and I do recommend. I got a great deal on this as I believe I caught this on a one day special. I would still pay the current price and not feel cheated.

Works great!,
I bought this watch because I want to know my heart rate at my convenience without wearing my Polar chest strap all the time. I can fairly say it’s accurate as I test match it against my Polar HRM. I am heavy on lifting weights but just moderate on aerobics. Lately, I’m beginning to wear this more in the gym!

Great product,
I’ve had this item for about a month and have used it many times on bike rides as well as during gym workouts. I have had absolutely no problems and the item is performing exactly as advertised. All HR readings are quick and accurate as compared to other instruments and methods. As usual, Amazon was fast and met every commit they made. I am a happy camper.
