Strongly recommend,
I bought this monitor for my mother to check her blood pressure daily. As a physician, I know that measuring the pressure on the wrist is not the same as on the upper arm, but they correlate very well. I gave it 5 stars for its ease of use, accuracy and price.
I strongly recommend it.

Inconsistent,
I found its readings to be inconsistent. I used it on both wrists and on a couple of different people so it wasn’t me. I have a fairly large wrist but even when I hooked it up to someones with an average wrist it still gave readings that change from test to test. Not like 2 or 3 points but by like 10 or 20 points at a time. For a BP monitor accuracy is of the utmost importance, and this didn’t meet that criteria for me. Like always no problems with amazon returns and my refund processed swiftly.

Disappointed! Product never arrived at destination (nor the refund!),
The product never arrived at its destination. Furthermore, I filled in a previous review complaining for lack of receipt of it and was assured I would receive a refund, which I haven’t!
I don’t know what is going on but this is bad reputation for Amazon. What to do?
