    When I first ordered this Pedometer I thought it was going to be crap due to the low price, but I was surprised it was not bad. It turned out to be a great item for the price. When I go for my walk I take it with me and so far it’s given a perfect readout. If you are looking for a Pedometer and do not want to spend a lot then this is worth a try.

    I suppose that this pedometer might work okay if it had a better way to keep it in place. I have worn it three times and each time lost it off my belt because it doesn’t have a good enough fastener.
    The last time it was lost I found it in the street before it was run over by a vehicle. So, it is still in one piece but I don’t try to use it.

    I have had good luck with this pedometer thus far. I bought this as a replacement for my old Yamax which became unusable when the pin that holds the clip to the step-counter part of the pedometer became dislodged and lost. I did re-order a pin for the old pedometer and fixed it. I continued to use the old pedometer for a few months, but the same problem happened again. I would have lost the pedometer completely had it not been for the leash. Since I was able to utilize the original for about four years before it became unusable, I find this product to be of decent quality and value. I have purchased other pedometers which were much less accurate and became unusable within the first few months of use.

    I have purchased other pedometers but I always come back to Yamax. It’s the most accurate, and simple to use. I will stick with Yamax from now on.

    I got the Digi-Walker with saftey strap. I really do like it. If you want to lose weight you need to get one. It makes you want to walk to get your 10,000 steps in a day.

Walking is Free!

Walking has many health benefits and it does not cost a thing to do it. For your health and motivation, be determined to fit walking into your schedule even if you can't find the time to do anything else. However, first make sure you have a full physical and get permission from your doctor to engage in this activity. Also, for safety reasons, especially if you are a female, find a safe neighborhood, or a populated park to walk in where there are plenty of other people around. You can also form a walking club with your neighbors, or friends to make it fun. Make it a goal to be accountable to each other to walk at least three times a week. It's great exercise for your heart, can reduce stress, as well as lower your blood pressure, and help you lose weight if you walk consistently. We have included some of our favorite health gadgets on our website which you may find useful in your fitness endeavors. Most of all, just get out and walk. It's fun and it's free!
